How Do We Support Our Employees?

Since This Is A Virtual Company, What Is Communication Like?

The entire company meets once a month to review the state of the company. Each department has a daily skills training session. Every other week, each employee meets with their manager for a review and check in.

Trainer

Trainer Role:

Train our 60 minute LIVE Zoom workouts. Max 30 people per class. All body weight based. . Train 1-2  workouts online group sessions a week. Manage Client Attendance.

Schedule:

Schedule is variable based upon business needs. Workout times you will be leading can vary from 6 am (PST) to 6:30 pm (PST). We have workouts 7 days a week. You will be assigned to the workouts you will be teaching based on current business needs. This is a part time role. 90 Day Probation. 

Salary:

$40/session

$15.50 hourly for admin/meetings

Average Monthly Pay: $100 - $400 (based on amount of classes assigned)

Do I need to come up with the workouts or are they preprogrammed?

The workouts are pre-programmed, you just add your own flare and personality to how you deliver it.

Do I need to provide my own music?

No. We use fitradio for all music.

What is the tech requirements?

A legit working computer not one that's about to die! Headphone that serve as a mic and decent lighting.

Coach

Coach Role:

Manage/Hold clients accountable to their fitness and nutrition program while aligning with our values to create the best client experience. Train up to 4 workout sessions a week. No selling.

Skills:

Excellent effective communicator. Active and attentive listener. Takes initiative and is hungry.

Maintain your workouts at 70% capacity.

Schedule:

Schedule is either from 6am to 3pm PST or 10am to 7pm PST. You do get 2 days off in a row. This is a full-time role. 90 Day Probation.

What are my clients buying?

Our introduction offer is a 6 week program that includes access to online virtual workout classes, nutrition coaching and accountability checks in from you, their coach.

After the 6 weeks, the client decides if they want to continue working with you or downgrade to just workouts only. Those packages range from 6 weeks to 6 months.

Are the workouts 1 on 1 with my clients?

Clients have 2 options for workouts. They can workout out with all coaches and members live, online in a group setting. (80% of clients chose this.)

The other options is for completing the workouts on their own that their coach gives them via the app. You wont need to do a lot of customized programming because we have a lot built out already that addresses most common issues why someone would need customized programming.

How do I communicate with clients?

Most communication is via text messages in our app.

Coaching calls happen over a phone call.

How often do I communicate with clients?

How much or a little is needed to keep the client accountable. Most clients have a standing 20 min coaching call with their coach once a week and you are expected to reach out to every client 2-3x a week via text message.

Membership Reps

Role:

Set and close 30 minute phone sale appointments. We sell $200-$1000 packages. You will only be dealing with warm/hot leads that expressed interest. No cold calling.

Comb through appointments.

Follow up with past sales.

At least 1 Year sales experience.

We expect you to book 60% of those leads with a 50% show rate for appointments

and close the deal 30%-50% of the time and to collect an average of $1000 a day.

Schedule:

We have an evening shift from 10am to 7pm PST.

We work half day on weekends when needed. 90 Day Probation.

$15/show

5% commission at $5K sales

10% commission at $10K sales

15% commission at $15K sales
