Although I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life, I have also suffered two severe car accidents: one where I broke my jaw (1997) and the other when I broke my neck (2019). These events, along with other adversities in life, have made me a coach that has learned to help others find a way to take care of themselves no matter what is going on.
