Chloe’s classes inspire her students to bring their whole selves to their classes—hearts, roots, shadows, and dreams—and leave with a deeper connection—inside and out. She has been teaching yoga for 10 years and is also a professor of Women’s and Gender Studies. They also love bulldogs and good/bad reality TV.

Although I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life, I have also suffered two severe car accidents: one where I broke my jaw (1997) and the other when I broke my neck (2019). These events, along with other adversities in life, have made me a coach that has learned to help others find a way to take care of themselves no matter what is going on. I am firm, but kind, as I help people learn to prioritize themselves and find what they can control to be successful. My specialties are powerlifting/ oly lifting, and adaptive training.
