so you don't forget to do it after the workout.

Chest Binding Disclaimer:

To reduce the risks associated with chest binding, it is important to follow these guidelines:

Choose a properly-fitting binder that is made from breathable materials. Avoid using makeshift binders or binding with tape or bandages, as these can cause significant harm.

Listen to your body. If you experience discomfort, pain, or difficulty breathing while binding, remove the binder immediately and take a break.
